Comply with this information for a brew as thick and clean because the mist over the Golden Gate.

The Necessities
- Espresso: 1 cup of THE FOG entire beans (Coarsely floor—assume sea salt).
- Water: 4 cups of filtered, chilly water.
- Vessel: A big mason jar or a French press.
- Filter: A fine-mesh sieve, nut milk bag, or the French press plunger.

The Methodology
- The Coarse Grind: Set your grinder to its coarsest setting. You need distinct chunks, not mud. High quality grounds will make your chilly brew muddy and over-extracted.
- The Combine: Add your grounds to the vessel and pour the filtered water over them. Give it a mild stir with a wood spoon to make sure each floor is “fogged” (absolutely saturated).
- The Lengthy Steep: Seal the container and place it within the fridge. Now, we wait. Let it steep for 18 to 24 hours. That is the place the magic occurs—the gradual extraction creates that signature velvety mouthfeel.
- The Filtration: Pressure the focus by way of your filter of alternative. In order for you a crisp, clear end, run it by way of a paper espresso filter after the preliminary pressure to catch the remaining sediment.
- The Serve: This makes a focus. We advocate a 1:1 ratio: fill a glass with ice, add one half chilly brew focus, and one half water or your favourite creamy oat milk.
