US beverage group Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) has named new management for its World Espresso Co spinoff, three months after its first selection for the position left the enterprise.
As a part of its $18bn acquisition of JDE Peet’s, KDP is planning to separate into two US-listed firms, World Espresso Co and Beverage Co, to handle its sizeable espresso and comfortable drinks portfolios as standalone listed companies. The separation is anticipated to happen within the first quarter of 2027.
